As a Customer Service Greeter you will be the first points of contact for the customer when entering the dealership ensuring each customer is greeted and directed to the appropriate department being assisted in a friendly and timely manner. This position is crucial to achieve a steady organized flow between the customers and different departments of the dealership. Duties and Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to)Always welcome guests in a friendly and inviting manner and offer a beverage upon arrival Assist in the shuffling of cars to ensure the lot is always properly represented Assist in all aspects of event preparation including confirmation calls to customers and preparing documents Ensure there is always parking available for customers throughout the day Ensure all sales representatives receive a fair rotation of sales prospects and client visits Assist in taking incoming calls to relieve reception whenever required Assist in the preparation of vehicles prior to clients taking delivery and ensure all aspects of their delivery are complete to ensure and achieve the best level of customer experience Maintain great communication with all departments to ensure Always lead guests to the location they are hoping to go or who they re there to meet. Assist sales and service to clean rearrange and move cars on the lot when required. RequirementsAdaptable to all conditions while maintaining a presentable and professional appearance. Personable and inviting nature Outgoing and unafraid of meeting and engaging with new clients Reliable and honest individual with a strong work ethic Experience driving vehicles with standard transmission is an asset A criminal record check and driver s abstract report will be required upon hire
