We are seeking a CNC Lathe Machinist Programmer for our precision ISO-certified CNC job shop client located in the Worcester MA area. Responsible for leading the lathe department able to work as an individual contributor team player and leader mentor to the other machinists. Must have experience with Fanuc and Haas controls and possess knowledge of a current version of MasterCAM. Experience with mill turn and sub spindle is a plus. Must have a minimum of five years of hands-on experience working with multi-axis lathes and Fanuc controllers in an ISO environment. Must be familiar with various materials working with close tolerances and able to inspect parts. Competitive hourly rate and benefits package. Local candidates only. No relocation.
