Title Payroll A P Clerk Hours Part-time Contract 6 months possibly on-going Pay 15 hr. Location Maple Grove MN - Arbor Lakes area Responsibilities Manage A P and Payroll. 1. Manage the entering of bills with correct categorization2. Monthly reconciliation of all accounts 3. Work with CEO and CPA on quarterly closing books4. Manage payroll using Quickbooks 5. Work with CPA & payroll service to verify that all monthly quarterly and annual tax statements are filed on time. 6. As needed work with CEO and CPA to ensure taxes are filed correctly in Canada and possibly other locations 7. Mange A P 8. Manage special accounts with the CEO Required 15 hr week onsite (3 days week) Schedule negotiableSoftware Quickbooks Enterprise Solutions 12.0 Office 2010 (Word Excel Outlook) and Nexonia cloud services for expense reporting and time sheet management Associates Degree in Accounting with five years experience or BS in accounting finance with two years experience. Must be able to prioritize work independently problem-solve have a good phone presence work is conducted in a professional work atmoshere.
