Full bath w large shower washer dryer hook up table and chairs recliner and hide a bed in couch. fridge micro and stove with lots of cabinet space. Two slides awning with fully enclosed screened porch. Electric front jacks Two LP cylinders w switch valve. Five new tires including spare central air and heat. Has to be pulled by a 3 4 ton truck or larger. It is well insulated and bottom is enclosed. All waste tanks dump at one outlet. Out grown it so looking for something with more beds for kids. Does need some fixing up.
