Luke - Male Domestic Shorthair

Luke was born February 2016 (approx) in a busy mall parking lot by an abandoned mama cat. He was rescued off the streets of Covina by The TNR Project after someone who worked at the mall began feeding him and his sister Leia. They were living underneath a trash compactor to keep warm and protected. Luke is what I call a veclro cat. He follows you everywhere wants to be with you all the time and wants to sit with you no matter when. He likes to use his paws to pull your hands to his face for pets. He is a big boy who is a bigger sweetheart. His coloring is beautiful and he has these neat little tufts of hair off the corners of his ears. which makes him look like a little Linx . This little kitten will warm your heart and is nothing short of amazing. He is friendly little guy who gets sweeter and more loving with each day. He and his sister Leia would love to go together however they have also grown independent enough to be adopted independently of each other. Luke loves to play with furry mice wine corks and toilet paper rolls doused with catnip. He is a great traveller in a carrier but does get a little bit shy at adoptions. He is wonderful with one of our fosters daughter who has Down Syndrome and very gentle. However we have never tested him with dogs. The parking lot he was living in was scoured nightly by coyotes eating neighborhood cats...so not sure how well that would go over. I do believe that if he bonded with you he would put up with anything. I actually think Luke would enjoy a dog of his own....lol. We would love to find him a home ASAP so he can bond with you Date of Birth February 2016 (approx) Color Breed Brown Tabby with White Golden Eyes Litterbox Trained FELV FIV Negative Microchipped Shots Up To Date Please go here to fill out our Adoption Application -X -.----X.- adoption-application The TNR Project is a volunteer operated group who practice TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) in the San Gabriel Valley. The TNR Project is always adding volunteers who want to learn to TNR in their neighborhoods and help others control the feral stray & homeless cat populations. TNR has been proven to be the ONLY effective method to controlling the ever-mounting cat populations. We have saved 1000 cats & kittens lives every year since 2015.
