Original etching in black ink on Rives wove paper by Pablo Picasso. Plate 2 from the Le Cocu Magnifique suite. The image shows a nude woman riding a horse while onlookers watch. Dated December 7 1966 in the plate the work was published in 1968 with the portfolio containing the play Le Cocu Magnifique. Unnumbered. Total edition size for the unnumbered etchings is 150 (the portfolio containing the etchings was signed and numbered on the title page by the author and the artist.) Framed in an impressive gold tone metal finish frame with ornate finished corners. Very heavy. Matted in tan matting and complementary gold tone fillet. Covered with acrylic.
