Staff Accountant American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy a 501(c)(3) organization is looking for an exceptional individual to join our Finance department. Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance the Staff Accountant processes A P A R membership applications meeting registrations and other transactions. Performs account reconciliations and assists with monthly reporting budget monitoring and annual audit preparation. Provides additional financial and administrative duties as required working closely with staff from all departments as well as AACP members. Travel Required Annual meeting once year - approximately 7 days May work one or two additional shorter meetings if needed Qualifications Bachelor s degree preferably in accounting or business and one to two years related experience or Associate s degree plus three to four years related experience. Experience with A P A R credit card transaction reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliations and analysis.
