Young Ceasar and other unwanted kitties were surviving by handouts in a parking lot of a restaurant. Numerous times each day each kitten and cat would literally face death when they would migrate across a VERY busy 4 lane highway from the restaurant parking lot as they sought shelter and additional food sources. Ceasar was young enough when trapped that he was able to be calmed down and with the help of a family of special people he has turned into a very sweet kitty.
