Judy is a 3-4 year old female mix breed dog. She is tiny (only about 35 pounds) and the perfect couch potato She is shy at first but friendly incredibly sweet and melts into a puddle at your feet once she gets to know you. Her greatest desire in life is to be sleeping as close as possible to a human being. She has done well with house training just being let out into a backyard a few times a day although she has been crated at night or when no one is home. She is currently being housed with two dogs (one large one small) and a cat and has done very well with them but is nervous when meeting new dogs. There is potential that she will do well in a home with another dog but a slow introduction may be needed and it may be dog specific. She is not reactive when passing dogs outside at a distance but has previously become reactive when meeting dogs on leashes up close as she gets nervous so she would do best in a home with someone who does not want to go dog parks or make puppy play dates. Judy needs time to adjust to a new situation and especially to new dogs but is such a sweetheart once she feels comfortable. She is a wonderful dog and an excellent snuggler.
