Happy was found dragging a very heavy chain emaciated and tangled in the bushes. She is extremely lucky that someone found her Now she is a Rescue Dogs Rock NYC girl. Happy currently weighs 27 pounds She is a very sweet girl good with all people and we are told she is good with other dogs. She is currently with our veterinary partner receiving treatment.
