Trailer is in amazing condition. The coach is spotless inside and out. It is smoke free adult used and still smells new on the inside. The coach has three slides two are opposing slides in main area which gives you more space and room the other slide is in the bedroom. The living area has a full sized brown leather couch that can fold out into a queen size bed. A ceiling fan is centered in the main living area. The living area has a 42 flat screen TV with sound bar and an electric fireplace with heat and a blower it also has options to change the color of the fire. There are two brown leather theater seats that are heated and recline. The coach has surround sound and is equipped with DVD player and outdoor speakers located under the power awning. There is a second power awning that helps the awning coverage extend almost the full length of the coach both awnings are illuminated with L.E.D. lighting. The kitchen has Corian counter tops a three burner cook top stove with oven. The kitchen is also equipped with a large pantry convection microwave Samsung stainless steel residential refrigerator with ice maker double stainless sink with large pull down faucet. There is a trash can built into the Cabinet Island and an electric dust pan located in the kick panel in the kitchen that loads directly into central vacuum system. This coach has two factory 15k BTU air conditioners 35k btu furnace 12 gallon hot water heater central vacuum and washer and dryer hookups. The bedroom has a king size bed with storage underneath the bed sliding doors with mirrors accessing the closet 32 inch flat screen television and shoe rack built into closet. There is L.E.D. lighting throughout the coach massive under storage that is accessed from both sides on the outside of the coach. This coach is also equipped with an outdoor shower and slide toppers. The coach is also equipped with a fully automatic 6 point leveling system. The coach has a fantastic fan in the kitchen and in the bathroom. This coach has automatic slow rise shades and is pre-wired for satellite. It also has a solar panel connection plug in. The coach has the Mor-Ryde pin box and is equipped with a Furion backup camera monitoring system. All maintenance on the coach has been performed in accordance with factory specifications. The tires on the coach are brand new they were just put on and have only seven (7) miles on them. I upgraded the tires to G rated tires for safety and peace of mind.
