I need an affordable rental and would want a landlord who accepts vouchers or roommates who allow it. Only the favorable need reply please. I have been a landlord and a tenant both in the past and don t need a lecture on the subject. I will by the time the application is filed and screened either be at work or at school and that is going to be how the bulk of my time is spent.. if you have a roomn and need somebody who is quiet and a non- partier then I am a good choice.
