He is listed as Special Needs due to severe food allergies and his over-grooming that cause hair loss on this poor guy. He must stay on his Limited Ingredient diet. We rescued him from being put down at another shelter. He is very friendly and extremely sweet and affectionate. He craves and loves attention. He will meow to ask for pets.
