You see our Director foster failed on a Lhasa Apso 4 years ago after she whelped puppies at her house. The puppies turned out to be Lhasa Blue Heeler mixes and look just like this little man. Cowboy is a 1 year old little boy who is full of spunk and energy he adores being around human companions and is only his happiest when with them. Of course he has nothing against playing with other dogs and is even fairly good with feline friends. Cowboy is good with children and would make an excellent addition to a family with kids where he can run around and herd them. Cowboy does need a home where his new family will teach him the in s and out s of house training leash training and what not to chew on when in the house.
