Plant Engineer
This position manages the engineering and maintenance departments and may oversee up to 9 direct reports. MAJOR DUTIES Develop engineer implement and monitor all aspects of capital projects at the plant. Assist in developing and implementing annual capital plan. Work with internal and external sources to achieve cost effective solutions. Coordinates development engineering procurement and installations within budget. Manage financial records as it relates to the particular investment capital projects. Monitor project performance after implementation supporting project owners. Provides support and guidance to the maintenance department. Incorporate safety and environmental goals into all projects.
