His owner had to move and could not take him so he is now searching for his perfect match. He does suffer from little dog syndrome and is not very comfortable with strangers so he would do well in a low-energy quieter household. It is important for small dogs to be properly socialized so they don t become anxious nervous when meeting new people. Carlos does warm up to new people but it does take a little time and coaxing. He is ok with cats and other dogs but would be best suited for a family with another small dog and most likely no children (if they move fast and are loud he will most likely be nervous).
