Boogaloo was surrendered to SoCo after his owner found he couldn t keep him anymore. He was very friendly and sweet right from the start. He loves to be picked up and snuggled and he loves to run around the yard and play. Boogaloo has a very balanced disposition. He gets along well with just about anyone he meets. He is a bright guy that caught onto the routine of the rescue pretty quickly. Boogaloo would fit well in an apartment and is a wonderful lap dog. At Boogaloo s recent vet visit he was diagnosed with heart worms. He is being treated with the slow-kill method in which the heart worms die off gradually and no new ones form. The slow-kill method is a less evasive method than other methods used. Boogaloo will need to be kept on a monthly preventative once adopted. Other than his heart worm status Boogaloo seems to be a healthy little guy. As of 7 20 16 it s estimated Boogaloo is about 2 years old. He is current on all his vaccinations and he is neutered. Once in his new environment he might need a refresher course on house breaking.
