Affordable Country Living Pope County Housing Authority is seeking applicants for their apartments located in Golconda and Eddyville. We offer ground level 1 2 and 3 bedroom units. The Housing Authority provides stove refrigerator all maintenance repairs lawn service and trash service. Laundry facilities are located at various sites in developments that have no washer dryer hook-ups in the apartments. Rent is based on income with a minimum rent of 50.00. Applicants also have the option of choosing a flat rent. Pope County is 30 minutes form Paducah Kentucky. Pope County has many scenic locations and borders the Ohio River. Pope Country offers excellent schools community organizations churches and a friendly atmosphere. Prospective applicants may obtain an application at the Housing Authority s office located at 802 S.
