Hi my name is Emilia and I m a 6 year old female German Shepherd who was transferred to Agoura from another shelter. I was a bit shy when I first arrived cowering when people reached to pet me. I m slowly learning that seeing those volunteers in their maroon shirts is a good thing - treats attention walks time out of my kennel AND lots of love come along with those volunteers. I may not have had the best past but I m hoping my future is brighter. I m hoping for a patient person who will take the time to let me go slow when I need to until my confidence gets built up.
