If you find yourself interested in one of our animals it is in your best interest to submit an application immediately. Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal but does get you a head start with the adoption approval process. We do not schedule meetings until you have an approved application.As an all-volunteer foster home based organization ARF does not have a facility where applicants can visit our animals. The majority of our dogs and cats are brought to adoption events by our volunteers. We invite everyone to come to our events but we must give priority to pre-approved applicants.Male neutered about 3 years old (as of September 2016) microchipped up to date on vaccinations currently in a foster home the usual 110 adult cat adoption fee will be partially subsidized.Because Tigee (aka Brando) is a very timid big boy he will need someone who will let him settle in slowly. He gets along great with other cats and loves sitting in the cat tree watching squirrels and birds in the yard.If you have a cat who needs a companion Tigee would fit that bill. He will run and hide when strangers come into the house but once you have earned his trust this shy guy will sometimes ask for tummy rubs and petting and his loud purr will let assure you that he is thoroughly enjoying the attention.Tigee has been in foster care for some time now because he is so timid but he is such a sweet boy. He just needs someone who has the patience to let him adapt at his own rate.
