Charlie has a story very similar to a lot of other puppies but unfortunately most of those other puppies don t live to tell their stories. Charlie was seen running down the side of a very busy highway with no idea where he was going he was just running. Maybe he was running from an abusive owner maybe he was running because he d never been loose from the chain in his owners backyard or maybe he was just running because he didn t have a safe place to call home. Whatever the reason his story is different because someone driving by decided to stop. It s much easier to feel bad and keep on driving but thank goodness there are those wonderful people who stop. Charlie has said thank you with more kisses than one person can handle so he s happy to share his kisses with anyone that needs one and even some who don t. He doesn t really care he s just happy to be here. He has an unbelievably happy easy going personality and adjusted easily to life with his foster families other 3 dogs.
