She is currently on oral cyclosporine which she has responded really well to and she will need to be on cyclosporine long term. Maggie Mae also has bad skin but since she has been here in a clean environment and on a grain free diet her skin has cleared and she is looking much better. Maggie Mae is also currently on ear medication for infection. This may or may not be a long term condition. Maggie is an excellent patient and she never gives us any trouble taking her medication.Weight 14.6 lbsHeight est 14 at the shoulder Adoption Fee 249 Fence needed no What kind of home would be best for me Maggie Mae is looking for a home with an adopter that will pamper her with lots of spa days. She has bad skin so a clean environment and a grain free diet is a must for her. Maggie Mae behaves very well for her baths ear cleanings and groomings which is a plus considering her special needs. Maggie can be a little timid and jumpy of people at first but once she is comfortable she is much more relaxed and enjoys being loved on. Maggie currently lives with nine other dogs and she gets along well with all of them. What is my personality like Once she gets to know you Maggie Mae has a very laid back easy going personality. She has a very even keeled energy level. She would make someone a great lap dog as she enjoys spending her time relaxing. Maggie Mae is a super sweet girl with a very even gentle temperament. How I act when I first meet new people Maggie Mae is a little shy at first but she opens up quickly to new people. House trained Dogs can be house trained if they are in the right environment and are allowed to follow a schedule as long as a physical reason doesn t keep them from being trained. A dog house trained in my home may not be in yours. We will help you teach your new dog this necessary skill and based on your schedule.
