Our rescue will be at the Palo Alto Pet Food Express Saturday September 10th and Sunday September 11th from 12-3pm. All of our dogs are spayed neutered shots current (DHPP Bordetella and Rabies where applicable) dewormed flea and tick treated and microchipped. All dogs live in foster homes. Arrangements to meet dogs occur after an approved application has been accepted. We do not ship our dogs for any reason. Our adoption fee is 400 for each dog puppy. Applications submitted within 24 hours of the event may not necessarily be reviewed.Wiggleworm is a 1-2 year old Mini Poodle mix who we rescued from the shelter. We called him Wiggleworm because he couldn t stop wiggling his cute little butt with happiness when we pulled him out of his shelter kennel but we are fully prepared for his furever home to rename him something a bit less silly ). WW is a tiny guy who weighs less than 10 lbs. He s a lover-boy who wants nothing more than to be with his people getting pets and cuddles.Here s a story from WW s foster mom He loves to be with you and near you. Last night I was doing laps around the house to increase my steps on my FitBit. WW hopped off the couch and kept me company as I got to stepping. He didn t stop to lay down or go back to the couch. He stayed right by my leg As I was getting ready for work this morning he just laid at my feet. When I bend down to try to take a picture of him he thinks I am ready for him so he climbs into my arm wanting to be held. He is such a lover boy. He likes to sit next to you on the couch as well. While having dinner he lays at our feet. He is definitely a people loving dog. When I come home from work he is just so excited to see me and jumps into my arms so he can give me his wet kisses. How can you say no to hugs and kisses after a long day at work Wiggleworm is an option for a home that has had a dog in the last 5 years. If there are children they need to be over the age of 8. Not all of our dogs go to each adoption event. We want to make sure if you are interested in a dog that we have the dog at adoptions but that can only happen if you fill out an application ahead of time and are pre-approved. (Generally this must happen prior to the weekend) If you are wanting to submit an application within 24 hours of an event please print off the application and bring with you as well as submitting it.
