wanting to buy on contract or rent to own older property

my husband and i r from indiana we own this home here but want to move out of state b tween Red Boiling Springs and Cooksville or going toward Nashville Tennessee older type property on contract or rent to own monthly or will pay off low back tax s or take over someones low monthly payments still paying on or ECT or fixer upper is ok as long as the roof--the ceilings---the foundation----electric----pluming is all good we dont mind the remodeling n. p. and dont mind if no furnace if fire places r in the rooms in working use for winter something out of town in woods or hills or mountains or country or small lake and want older country home or cabin or mini farm or ect....with small acre s we have small farm animals they need a barn or enough to build a barn on for them or some acre s land with woods we can cut then down to build us a cabin and a barn on we dont want over 2 or 3 acre s any ways...i have so much to put down now and do so much a month..dont mind old spooky house or something cozy just want off onto a quite country road or woods or mountains or hills......we need asap....
