The first floor features one bedroom with 1-trundle bed perfect for singles a second bedroom with 1-king sized bed a third bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and a fourth bedroom with 1-twin over full sized bunk bed perfect for the kiddos plus 2-full baths and a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer. Ascending the stairs to the second floor brings you into a large open floor plan living dining and kitchen area with newer appliances including a dishwasher plus an island work station breakfast bar and a separate dining table a freestanding wood burning fireplace to cozy up to (firewood provided) and sliding doors on both ends of the cabin that access two generous sized balconies one with a gas grill...perfect for entertaining. Just off of the lower front door access is a partially fenced private outdoor Hot Tub. Don t forget Fido this pet-friendly wifi equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 9-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy ). RATES Rates for Cabin 76 range from 249.00 to 379.00 per night (depending on the season) USD tax and a 1-time non-refundable exit Cleaning Fee and from 1494.00 to 2274.00 per week USD tax and a 1-time non-refundable exit Cleaning Fee. Other Mt. Baker Lodging vacation properties range from 99.00 to 1219.00 per night and from 594.00 to 8533.00 per week USD tax and a 1-time non-refundable exit Cleaning Fee. RESERVATIONS Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost including tax is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest s scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest s credit card on the scheduled due-date.
