September is my last month renting in Manchester NH so October 1st or shortly before or after that date is when I would be available to move in. I work in Salem - so the closer to there the better BUT I do not mind a commute up to 30-35 minutes. I no longer desire to live in Manchester (or Nashua either for that matter) so I will not entertain options there. I need at least a 2 bedroom. 1 bath is fine. I have no pets. I do have 2 kids - a 2 yr old and 3 yr old. My budget is for up to about 1 600 a month for rent. I prefer to rent a house or something private but I understand that limits my options quite a bit.
