God Christ will set up His eternal kingdom here on earth. Psalm 145 13 Thy kingdom is an everlasting kingdom and thy dominion endureth throughout all generations. Matthew 24 3 And as he sat upon the mount of Olives the disciples came unto him privately saying Tell us when shall these things be and what shall be the sign of thy coming and of the end of the world The word world in the above verse means what See word G165 in a Strong s concordance ahee-ohn (or eon as we say or spell it) from the same as properly an age by extension perpetuity (also past) by implication the world specially (Jewish) a Messianic period (present or future) age course eternal (for) ever(-more) (n-)ever (beginning of the while the) world (began without end). It doesn t mean the earth and it s inhabitants. Revelation 11 15 And the seventh angel sounded and there were great voices in heaven saying The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord and of his Christ and he shall reign for ever and ever.
