IT Help Desk Analyst

The IT Help Desk Analyst responds to trouble tickets and telephone requests for technical support on a team of 6. Other duties include installing and removing software from computer systems diagnosing and repairing technical issues. There is some documentation and tracking of issues in a CRM tool.
