Hey there. My flat mate and I are leaving Melbourne for 3 months to the overseas. We are renting out both room. We are looking for clean tidy and mature people to rent this apartment. Bringing your friend to the apartment is fine unless your flat mate are fine with it.We have 2 room available to rent out It has a spacious living room and long balcony. About the room Room 1 Spacious room with double bed air conditioning and connected to the bathroom.Room 2 Spacious room with double bed and without air conditioning.We have 2 toilet one with bathroom and one without.Washing machine and dryer are installed.Bill included in the rent (Wifi electricity and water)There is a Jacuzzi on the rooftop with a great view.The convenience store is beside the apartment and cafe just beside it.Availability of the room Room 1 Available from 16th of November 2018 until 1st of March 2020Room 2 Available from 16th of November 2019 until 1st of March 2020First come first serve Apartment is near the tram stop which takes around 5-10 minutes to walk.Tram takes around 15 minutes to Melbourne CBD.
