The idea is to encourage a friendly yet studious environnement.For more flexibility we are offering short term lease (1 to 6 months to one year).We do not require a credit check background screening or guarantor. Just proof of your enrollment at COD and one month deposit.What is an individual lease Unlike joint leases individual leases allow two or more people to live in the same house but pay separate rents.
