My boyfriend and I are looking for an apartment in the southern ohio area. My boyfriend has a criminal history which limits his rental options and we have 3 pets. Two cats and a chiweenie. We make approximately 790 each a month. We are looking for a rental situation paying 375- 500 a month. He is a handyman and can do pretty much any job you need. Plumbing roofing mechanic work etc. We re clean quiet people and love this area. We d like to have a one bedroom and one bathroom. No rent to own inquiries please. We re not interested in those.
