1965 Ferrari 330GT Series I 2 2 Rare and Special Interim car with 5-Speed Gearbox This 1965 Ferrari 330GT Series I 2 2 is an extremely rare and special interim car that has all of the Series II improvements including five-speed transmission and disc brakes. Chassis no. 7279 is one of the few interim cars having these improvements. It retains its matching numbers engine and was originally delivered in Switzerland according to its accompanying Marcel Massini report. In the mid-1970 s the car was exported from Switzerland to the USA. The exterior has been repainted once in the original color of Oro Chiaro and the interior retains its original maroon (Rosso) leather. The front seats are showing some wear but are still very useable. It s been under the same ownership since 2004. A good honest driver quality car the engine and running gear are in operating condition but clearly original and untouched for some time. There are also a few electrical functions that require attention. It s missing its spare wheel tools and jack.
