SUMMARY Management Business Solutions (MBS) is seeking a Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor for a fast-paced manufacturing client in Hazleton PA. The ideal candidate will oversee processes of the maintenance department by setting the direction coordination and evaluation of all employees including non-supervisory. RESPONSIBILITIES Schedules assigns and directs all work within the maintenance department. Executes hiring and training process of new employees. Supervises maintenance mechanics and support personnel. Performs regular reviews of operation and production reports. Evaluates the performance of direct reports against their job requirements and performance goals. Complies with all safety health and environmental regulations as prescribed by law. Conforms to all rules regulations and policies. QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma required Bachelor s of Engineering preferred. 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience required. 2 years of maintenance leadership experience required.
