No phone calls please. Job DescriptionMain duties Budget food materials and restaurant equipment advance the money to relevant employees. Strictly review and maintain reimbursement documents invoices and other vouchers. Track and maintain daily purchase and sales records. Count reconcile and maintain cash and make deposits as required. Handle accounts payable and receivable and reconcile accounts. Be responsible for restaurant utility tax and other bills. Calculate and check payrolls for all employees including their wages income tax worker s compensation etc. and pay wages on time. Be responsible for preparing tax returns paying sales tax payroll tax and other tax related issues. Prepare and maintain financial reports including daily sales report statement of operations revenue report cash flow report balance sheet etc. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications SkillsMust-have At least two years bookkeeping or accounting experience. College program in bookkeeping or accounting. Good command of English. Accountability and responsibility for own actions accuracy for bookkeeping work. Demonstrated good attendance in current and past employment.
