VALID North Carolina driver s license is REQUIRED to transport surgical patient and relative. You must be able to drive a vehicle have a clean driving record clean background be a NON-SMOKER provide a valid email address connected to PayPal provide a valid contact phone number be insured and be familiar with Charlotte North Carolina and surrounding areas. Driver s vehicle must have an area for patient to lay on stomach comfortably with an available seat for patient s relative. For ONE DAY Driver s duties will include assisting patient with Getting In and Out of Vehicle(s) and Transporting To and From Surgical Center. This is a SHORT-TERM (1 day) ONE-TIME position with it POSSIBLY being a full day up to 10 hours. Hours MAY BE SHORTER. Time will begin once patient and or relative has fully entered Driver s vehicle and end once patient is comfortable and feels Driver s duties have been fully reached for that ONE day.On this 1 (ONE) day Driver will transport patient and their relative TO recovery site to Surgery Center for procedure to be performed. If Driver cannot wait or chooses not to wait during procedure that is fine. However Driver MUST be available and ready to transport same persons FROM Surgery Center and back to Recovery Site immediately when called. For this 1 (ONE) day in addition to the hourly compensation of 12 per hour Driver will receive an additional one-time flat compensation of 30 for gas and mileage both ways.For this ONE DAY Driver will be compensated for a MINIMUM of 1 hour plus 30 if Driver chooses not to wait or if Driver chooses to wait at Surgery Center for procedure to be completed up to a MAXIMUM of 10 hours plus 30 (Minimum 12 30 up to 120 30 ). Payment Compensation will be transmitted via PayPal immediately upon completion of task. Driver MUST have and provide a valid email address and phone number connected to PayPal to receive compensation. NO CASH will be exchanged handled or given at any time.Details of Surgery Center and Recovery Centers and dates and times will be discussed further. Serious Inquiries ONLY 30 is defined as 15 for transporting TO and 15 for transporting FROM. 30 is upon completion of task.
