Bearings Sales Engineering Account Exec.

SUMMARY Management Business Solutions is seeking a Bearings Sales Engineering Account Exec for its client in Detroit MI. This individual will be responsible for seeking out and leading the development and acquisition of machined bearings sales opportunities. This person will work out of the Detroit Metro sales office and lead technical sales and support activities with Tier One customers. RESPONSIBILITIES Generate pursue and acquire new bearings business with Tier One automotive suppliers. Clearly document and communicate sales calls meetings and customer needs communicating documenting and leading solution development for customer needs market intelligence and new product and service opportunities. Provide technical support for sales team members as well as leadership in requirements definition and management for new product development. Manage internal and external communications with respect to timing technology program requirements and customer concerns. Lead all APQP activities and take a lead role in meetings management customer requirements timing and execution. Oversee the management of new product launches. QUALIFICATIONS BS Degree in Engineering required. 4 years of Automotive Sales experience preferred. Experience in a Sales Rep Sales Engineer and or Product Test support position required. Knowledge of and familiarity with production processes assembly and applications development for bearing or CNC products a plus. Practical experience with mechanical and manufacturing engineering value engineering project management and data analysis methodologies a plus.
