Selling my recently restored and continuously upgraded 78 A model KW. I am currently doing an inframe major overhaul on the engine and it s got a long list of new things and upgrades. Too much to list here but I ll throw a few down.3406B WJAC 400HP (7FB) Caterpillar (fresh overhaul currently being done completed week of 2-23-20 ) Fuller Eaton 15 speed OD Eaton 3 90 differentials new in April 2019 with 54k miles on them. New brakes first week of feb. 2020. Peterbilt Unibilt openings in cab and bunk.This truck has been my daily runner since putting it in service in April of 2017. I have done extensive upgrades and improvements and keep it tip top condition for compliance and peace of mind as it s my personal truck. I have two A Models a daycab as well that I will keep and finish the restoration on once this one is sold. I don t want to waste anyone s time including my own...this is a completely fresh truck with a fresh engine trans. and rears among other things for a lot less money than the others you see advertised on TruckPaper.com and all those other places. All it ll need to be a complete show piece is a nicer paint job than it has it s a working truck not a trailer queen.It s a 78 A MODEL KW...for those of us that understand what that means.Oh the truck is located in southern VERMONT about 4 hours north of NYC...I advertise in certain areas where I think people have more of a clue about a classic truck than they do up around here. Up around here they just think it s an old truck so they just don t get it.
