What Does It Take to Be a Plant Lead Below are the minimum qualifications to be a fit for this job. Four year s experience Manufacturing Experience Preferred 2-4 years of supervisory experience preferred.Job Fundamentals To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned. Under general supervision coordinates and conducts daily plant operations and maintains inventory for safety and operation supplies. Support employees answer questions and keep moral up Reduce down time Step into the production line when people are on break and or vacation. Forklift experience preferred Conducts daily production activities enters finished goods into inventory orders supplies as needed. May assist with the coordination of workflow and assignments. Investigates reviews and controls implementation of safety regulations and company policies and procedures. Creates and submits weekly and month end reports as requested.
