Qualified candidates will have at least 3-5 years of experience in the aviation industry directing the activities of employees on airfield ramp. The ideal candidate will have a desire to provide excellent service to our clients and a track record of excellence in safety as well as the ability to lead our employees with confidence. As an Aviation Duty Manager at AccuFleet International you are a creative enthusiastic self-starter who understands the importance of engaging the team to work safely while maximizing production and driving revenue. A successful candidate for this position thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well on an overnight operation. LOCATION Egg Harbor Township NJ - Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) PAY 25 000- 30 000 yr based on experience BENEFITS Competitive salary Paid training Paid Holidays 401K ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Must be at least 18 years of age. The ability to communicate effectively in English with written and oral skill. Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen 10-year background check (criminal employment) and be able to obtain an airport security clearance. Must have a VALID Driver s License for at least 1 full year with a clean driving record. (License cannot have any restrictions). At least 3-5 years of experience in airfield operations directing the activities of employees on airfield ramp is a must.
