International Sales Manager

SUMMARY Management Business Solutions is seeking an International Sales Manager for its client in Hauppauge NY. This individual will be responsible for providing direct oversight of several non-US territories and management of a staff of International Sales Reps. This person will coordinate internal processes for proposal development and technology scope and ensure customer satisfaction through the management of internal company processes. Local candidates preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES Set and achieve individual International Sales Rep and team sales objectives for electrical electronics products. Qualify and direct sales activities for Sales Reps per company product technology strategy guidelines. Execute all aspects of account management and international sales including but not limited to business development lead generation customer qualification proposal delivery and contract negotiation. Manage all aspects of communication between the company the reps and customers to ensure clear understanding high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of any issues. Develop and manage channel partnerships and alliances to facilitate rep-based business growth and assist business development staff (reps sales marketing and support) in planning promotion execution training etc. Support Integrated Product Team processes for product and territory strategy and work with International Regional Reps on-site as required. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s degree in Sales Marketing or technical field. 7 years experience working with electrical electronic products such as RF Components Amplifiers Power Dividers and Attenuators Oscillators Switches and Satcom Frequency Converters. Experience acquiring and closing multi-million contracts. Experience working with Sales Reps and development implementation of market penetration account strategies.
