You have kitchen with microwave and stove I am away on weekends so you would have tons of privacy I had someone with me for over 10 years but they bought a house and moved out. I am on the second floor so during storms and hurricanes your furniture and equipment are safe from water damage. Prefer the same responsible non smoker light drinker is okay mature person.
