I m a nice quiet responsible clean man. I ve lived in Florida for 16 years I m looking for a clean quiet place to live. Plain and simple.. I do smoke cigarettes outside only is fine.. I m a social drinker at best.. No drugs drama or b s. I don t have a car so being close to a bus line is necessary. Ideally I want to be around 250 a week. I m clean and neat for a guy. I m also handy around a place and do not mind helping out. I prefer to pay weekly at least at first. I have dependable monthly income. I just need a clean quiet place to sleep. Make coffee in the morning. Ideally I d love to be able to cook. I d consider a room in the right place also. I m a nice guy. Mind my own business and won t bring drama or problems.
