A long-standing MEP Consulting firm is seeking to hire an Electrical Engineer or Electrical Designer to work directly with architectural clients and associate engineers to develop designs drawings specifications and reports. Electrical Engineer Electrical Designer shall have working knowledge and the ability to interpret apply and complete electrical designs in accordance with industry codes including but not limited to Ohio Building Code National Electrical Code NFPA-72 and NFPA-101. Proficient with AutoCAD Revit BIM Excel Visual Lighting Design and various other industry software packages. RESPONIBILITIESElectrical Engineer and or Electrical Designer is responsible for the production of construction drawings specifications and details. System design for commercial buildings educational institutions healthcare facilities hospitality facilities and multi-family residential occupancies. Comply with company drawing and design guidelines as well as complete layouts calculations and system designs. Responsibilities shall include coordination of system design and physical equipment routing distribution and device layouts with other disciplines Architects and Building Owners.
