SUMMARY Management Business Solutions is actively seeking a Senior Employee Relations Specialist for a food manufacturing company in Fort Morgan CO. This person will be responsible for the carrying out and delivery of the employee relations services within market locations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a large manufacturing environment and has labor relations union experience. RESPONSIBILITIES Able to work under limited supervision. Develops and maintains internal and external relationships within the organization. Uses full Human Resources Employee Relations knowledge to guide review and perform the projects. Provides consulting practices to HR business managers and supervisors in the market locations regarding complex policies. Gives input to ensure service delivery and practices are compliant with laws regulations and corporate policies. Identifies opportunities for improvement and growth on practices managed by country or regionally. Anticipates issues and can effectively figure a solution. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s degree or equivalent practical experience required. Minimum 4 years of experience in operations and or human resources required. Experience in HR ER Industrial Relations related market service areas required. Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred. Positively influences and collaborates with business and HR leaders.
