Lead Fire Alarm Technician
Benson Systems is looking for a skilled and experienced Fire Alarm Lead Technician to fill a current open position in our Low Voltage systems installation department. Tasks shall include building databases that contain multiple nodes in the system make-up fire alarm control panels troubleshoot opens grounds and shorts of field wiring test all functions of the fire alarm systems perform programming changes as necessary. Additionally perform pre-test and final inspections for elevator functions smoke control functions and other additional required functions of the fire alarm systems. Benson Systems has been installing electronic physical security systems for over 30 years. Benson Systems is an established company with a proven track record of stability and longevity. We are looking for motivated individuals with the desire to learn grow and advance.Minimum qualifications 5-10 years of similar experience required Factory trained in fire alarm systems Experience with Fire Alarm System Cabling and Device Trim Experience with other networked fire alarm systems such as EST NotifierBenefits Excellent salary - dependent on experience.
