Avon Manufacturing Company is seeking an Electrical Engineer. The Electrical Engineer s key responsibilities are to work in conjunction with the Mechanical Engineering s on the design specification and documentation of components assemblies and products for new system builds. Ensure that hardware installation activities are completed per design and documented throughout concept design build and launch phases of projects. They will also instruct and supervise the testing of new system installations. Initiation of electrical drawings utilizing CAD for new machine installs and efficiency improvements. Makes sure that hardware installation activities are completed.REQUIREMENTSBachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering required 5 years minimum experience in a production and or automation build environment. Must have knowledge of project management and process improvement methods (manufacturing environment) Experience programming PLC s and HMI s (upgrading machines & new installations) Experience using CAD for electrical drawings (new machine installs and efficiency improvements) Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal). Past experience working with suppliers electrical contractors and manufacturing engineers preferred Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) experienced. .Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Salary Range 75 - 90K Permanent Position with benefitsOnly U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.
