Our small established and successful client located near Lincoln NH is seeking a hands-on experienced Mechanic Foreman to oversee all operational areas of the shop floor.Responsible for oversight of staff (mechanics and technicians) including hiring training mentoring customer tech support purchasing supplies verifying materials necessary for new builds scheduling equipment repairs and rentals and overall work on the shop floor.Must have solid communication supervisory mentoring coaching and staff development time management and computer skills. Company will provide training on their industry specific equipment.Competitive salary and outstanding benefits package. Local candidates are strongly preferred however relocation from within the Continental United States is possible for the right candidate.
