SUMMARY Management Business Solutions is seeking an Inside Mechanical Assembly & Repair Lead for its client in Novi MI. This individual would be responsible for taking on the lead to expand efforts with internal direction and bring new ideas to the team along with working on pump repairs. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop a basic understanding of the products being sold. Ordering & stocking shop supplies and parts. Maintaining a clean and safe environment. Handling shop phone calls. Advising purchasing agent of component shortages. Helping customers with repair status. Being a backup to our warehouse staff including the staffing of our walk-in parts counter. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma required. Previous working experience in repairing of pumps. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office CRM or similar software required. Ability to understand business systems. A strong mechanical ability & able to run shop equipment safely. Ability to lift to 75-pounds. A strong desire to learn and succeed.
