I have been looking for a kitten for a week and every ad I answer wants money in advance sight unseen. They have been posted here and everyone I contacted on Craigslist . Make sure you do not give them money sight unseen also ask to see their vet certificate and immunization report if they can t produce it s likely they don t have the kitten. Also ask to have them send a picture of some item of your choosing to you as proof. People will go to extraordinary means to get something for nothing.
