The PeopleReady located at Amery Wisconsin 54001 is currently hiring a Production Associate Job Description Are you looking for a position where you only work 15 days a month Are you looking to work in a clean environment Are you looking for work in which you will make a difference in someone else s life Look no further...here s the details 12 hour shifts (2-2-3 schedule) working in plastic injection molding where you will make components to medical parts (guaranteed OT every other week) Occasional overtime offered 3-day weekends every other weekend Occasional employee appreciation luncheons Wage increases at 4 weeks and again at 8 weeks (based on performance attendance) Long-term permanent opportunities with advancement Recognition program Great atmosphere Responsibilities Include Perform mold press operations to support production floor Responsible for reading understanding and following work instructions Inspect parts and report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisor and or QA and Technical staff Regular attendance Maintain efficiency housekeeping safety and GMP s Monitor machinery equipment operation to detect problems Measure weigh or count materials and product Lift up to 40lbs occasionally 20lbs frequently Bend stoop twist lift sit and stand for duration of shift Other duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Ability to follow oral and written instructions and to understand speak and read English. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to pass a background check Ability to pass a drug screening test
